Sourcing Specialist
Our Sourcing Specialists build and manage relationships with suppliers to make our sourcing process more efficient. You’ll also learn how to identify opportunities and implement strategies that minimize inefficiencies. It’s an important role that gives every single colleague the tools they need to deliver transformational work.
Responsibilities
- Implement sourcing plans through quality assurance, on-time delivery and cost efficiencies
- Create action plans to make sourcing projects happen
- Negotiate with suppliers
- Evaluate current and prospective suppliers to deliver effective results
Requirements
- Relevant university degree
- Analytical and detail-orientated
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
