You’ll work with HR data reporting processes and use the SAP software system to turn decisions being made into tangible actions that deliver results. You’ll master SAP technology and execute actions such as hiring, promotion, transfer, and termination as well as inputting day-to-day activities such as attendance and payments. It’s an important role as your developing expertise will mean you can start creating reports that affect Personnel and Management teams’ decisions across the business.
