How To Apply For Positions

Positions on  this Web site can be found in the Recent Graduates and Experienced Professionals sections of the Schlumberger Careers Web site.

If you have previously registered with the Web site, you must also register with the Careers Web site to be permitted to submit an application for a position.

To apply for a position, please create an account with the Schlumberger Careers Web site.  A link to the "Create Account" form is on the top right on all of the pages on the site.  You will need a valid email address and access to that email account to complete the registration process.  If you forget your password, use the Forgot Password form to have your password resent.

Click the link in the confirmation e-mail you receive.  If your e-mail service provider doesn't permit active links in the e-mail you receive from the Schlumberger Careers Web site, then copy and paste the link into a browser to confirm your registration. You will link to a page to create a password for your account.

Once you have confirmed your registration and created your password, you will be able to log in to your Schlumberger Careers Web site account.  The login fields are located on the top right of any page on the Careers Web site. Enter your e-mail address and your password then click "Submit".

Once you are logged in you can apply for a position. Do this using one of the blue Apply now buttons. You will need to log in to apply for a position.  (You can log in from any page using the login fields in the upper right of the page.)  Please note that candidates are advised to only apply for one position at a time. If you have already applied for a position and wish to apply for another, please first opt out of your initial selection by logging into your account.

How To Ensure You Receive Your Registration Confirmation E-mail and Forgot Password E-mail

Some spam blocking and e-mail filtering applications with some e-mail service providers may block or redirect the confirmation e-mail you receive from the Schlumberger Careers web site.

Check below to find instructions specific to your e-mail program.

Access your e-mail, Add by clicking 'Add to address' or 'Add address' button located in right corner of screen. If images are not displaying, click on the link "Show images and enable links".

Access your e-mail, Add by clicking 'Add Sender' button, when prompted with 'Add to address book' menu, select yes. If images are not displaying, click on the link "Show images and enable links".

Access your e-mail, Add by clicking 'Mark as safe' link next to slb email address.

Add the domain to the safe sender's list in Outlook.
