Facilities Manager

Veracruz - Mexico

Objective: Manage facilities team, coordinating and overseeing a correct operation of facilities in regional plants. Ensuring safety and security plans, executing preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance for facilities, equipment and structures. Improvement and implementation of processes and procedures in order to achieve best practices and cost effective benefits aiming long term preservation of asset values.

Activities:

- Perform administrative tasks such as accounts payable, providers development and contracts management. Tracking SLA’s for Customer Service improvement and implementation of KPI’s. 

-Manage Facility Management team supporting supervisors with budget estimations, supervision of progress and cost tracking reports, permits and license requirements, contractor selection for maintenance and running of the facility.

-Collaborate with Supply Chain and Legal in contract preparations, revision reviews negotiations, and changes and additions to contractual agreements.

-Implement quality control programs using continuous improvement methodologies to standardize and optimize facility performance in line with the Global Facility Management strategy

-Plan, manage, and perform or through subordinates, ensure supervision of the facility management services, including facility operating systems, maintenance processes, repair/improvement, custodial services, and security operations.

-Coordinate maintenance activities within functions and departments to obtain optimum production and utilization of personnel and equipment.

-Recommend operating methods and equipment to reduce facility management costs through new sources, substitutions, improved systems or methods, service quality and safety.

-Administer facility service agreements for maintenances

-Knowledge and practice in Integrated Facility Management Roll-out

-Nice to have: Lean, Six Sigma experience, National Regulations and CFE code knowledge

Minimum Requirements:

-5+ years of experience in Facilities Management

-Advanced english

-Engineering Career or similar

-Oil & Gas Industry experience
