Sales Analyst

The Sales Analyst works with the sales subject matter expert in supporting the Sales Incentive Platform. He/She collects, manages and maintains market (function, geography and business) specific sales incentive data. Prepares high quality summaries, progress updates, and data analysis for senior management.

Roles and Responsibilities: 

  • Provide support to the Sales Incentive Platform
  • Collect and maintain market (function, geography and business) specific sales incentive data
  • Work with sales subject matter experts
  • Engages with platform end-users in person and virtual
  • Interfaces with product development team to provide front end UI, user queries and feedback
  • Manage and maintain simulations and analysis related to sales incentives
  • Conducts end-user data analysis
  • Prepares and delivers high quality summaries, progress updates, and data analysis for senior management.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Internship or entry level experience within the O&G industry.
  • Intermediate to expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in the US, without sponsorship. 
  • Preferred requirements:
    • Working knowledge of sales practices for both traditional and eCommerce/digital channels.
    • CRM software experience.
    • Working knowledge of revenue recognition standards
