Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Collect Competitor Intelligence and Market Share. Collect Market Activity Intelligence. Collect Market Size Intelligence.
  • Collect Units Intelligence. Conduct Head Quarters Review of Tender/Proposal Key Components. Determine Disposition of Tender/Proposal.
  • Determine Sales Quote Disposition. Develop Account / Location Sales Plans and Targets. Develop Opportunity Assessment and Engagement Plan.
  • Develop Tender/Proposal Strategy. Identify and Capture Leads. Investigate Event. Monitor Sales Results Versus Sales Target.
  • Negotiate Sales Quote. Plan Cross-Sell and Sell-Up. Prepare Contract Amendment. Prepare Contract Early Termination. Prepare Contract Renewal.
  • Prepare Contract Suspension. Prepare Sales Quote. Prioritize Opportunities for Engagement. Qualify Leads as Opportunities. Resolve Billing Dispute.
  • Review and Validate Opportunity Pipeline. Review Tender/Proposal Clarifications. Validate Event Investigation.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Graduation in Engineering
  • Experience with preparing technical/commercial proposals
  • Experience with responding to service bids for NOCs, IOCs and independent companies.
  • Experience in designing and coordinating cementing operations in deep water oil wells
  • Experience in primary cementing operations, abandonments and remedial cementations
  • Proficiency in cement technical drawing simulator
  • Knowledge of cementing equipment (cementing units, cementing head, casing accessories)
  • Knowledge of well cementing chemicals
  • Fluent Portuguese
  • Fluent English
  • SPE publications is a plus
