People Analytics Program Manager

The People Analytics Program Manager will lead teams in the HR function comprised of data scientists,  data engineers, AI, Machine Learning, and  HR Subject matter experts  in charge of leveraging new uses for HR data to drive business results and enhance the HR function’s capabilities in its core missions.

The focus for the team is to leverage on all new digital technologies to provide new data driven insights for action-oriented solutions. This team will focus on business concerns including but not limited to: quality of recruits, attrition, productivity, workforce effectiveness, career planning guidance, employee experience, data privacy and protection and other operational needs. 

This role will:

1. Advance our data analytics capabilities. Take the lead to identify new uses for data and analytics, pilot POCs initiatives and turn out quickly minimum viable products to be assessed by the HR Leadership team in view of potential use across the Company on a large scale. This also includes the necessary work to architect proper data

2. Support governance, review and prioritization of highest impact projects from the HR leadership team and the HR community at large, delivering viable high impact products

3. Support development of global Project teams in charge of deploying new business workflows and delivering new digital systems, both from a strategy and technical perspective, leveraging on their own resources as well as external expertise.

4. Continually coach and grow the digital competencies of the HR function. This includes but is not limited to building and evolving training material and courses both internally and externally.

This program manager will manage teams across 3 main locations (Houston/Paris/KL), operating as a single team. The program manager will be the head of the team, ensuring its cohesion, but will also assume hands-on responsibilities as needed.

  • Market watch
  • External watch best practices in people analytics
  • Analyze requests to help prioritize them
  • HR data protection and privacy
  • Work with product managers as their focal point
  • Focus on delivering practical actionable insights. For example, to provide value, the analytics team must translate information into decision-point solutions, and stakeholders must be able to take action on them.
  • Integrate HR structured and un-structured data from internal and external sources.
  • Prioritize clean and reliable data across HR and the organization: take concrete steps to ensure data quality is a part of every analytics discussion, educate HR’s stakeholders and implement data governance programs to clean and maintain data accuracy
  • Increase data fluency across the organization
  • Liaise with IT organization to ensure solutions created can be developed at scale.
  • Provide HR representation and input to the company corporate digital strategy. Align a 2-3 year roadmap for HR function with overall corporate digital strategy

Qualifications and Experience:

The ideal candidate has proven leadership experience in People Analytics management, leading global teams, Process Analysis & Improvement, Analytics, AI and ML.
