The HR Digital Program Manager will lead digital teams in the HR function comprised of data scientists, engineers focused on data, AI, Machine Learning, and HR Subject matter experts in charge of leveraging new uses for HR data to drive business results and enhance the HR function’s capabilities in its core missions.
The purpose of the team(s) he/she will lead is not to conduct or facilitate data reporting for purposes of informing business and HR leaders on HR KPIs. The focus for the team is to leverage on all new digital technologies to provide new data driven insights for action-oriented solutions. This team will focus on business concerns including but not limited to: quality of recruits, attrition, productivity, workforce effectiveness, career planning guidance, employee experience, data privacy and protection and other operational needs.
The HR Digital Program manager will:
1. Advance our data analytics capabilities. Take the lead to identify new uses for data and analytics, pilot POCs initiatives and turn out quickly minimum viable products to be assessed by the HR Leadership team in view of potential use across the Company on a large scale. This also includes the necessary work to architect proper data wrangling and access as well as the proper staffing/loading of team(s) for project requirements.
2. Support governance, review and prioritization of highest impact projects from the HR leadership team and the HR community at large, delivering viable high impact products
3. Support development of global Project teams in charge of deploying new business workflows and delivering new digital systems, both from a strategy and technical perspective, leveraging on their own resources as well as external expertise.
4. Continually coach and grow the digital competencies of the HR function. This includes but is not limited to building and evolving training material and courses both internally and externally.
This program manager will manage teams across 3 main locations (Houston/Paris/Kuala Lumpur), operating as a single team. The program leader will be the head of the team, ensuring its cohesion, but will also assume hands-on responsibilities as needed.
