Job Description and responsibilities

We are seeking a Graduate Sourcing Specialist to be in charge of creating Supplier RFQs, conducting supplier bid reviews including commercial negotiations, lead the supplier selection process and ensuring the contracts ensure savings benefit for all direct spend (sourcing events).

Procurement activities might be required - Purchase Order management from Purchase Order placement to receipt and acceptance of goods including invoice clarifications. Under the direction and supervision of the Sourcing and Procurement manager goods are procured on time and at the right cost for on time delivery and to the required quality. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Under the direction and supervision of the Sourcing and procurement Manager ensures strategic supplier selections and sourcing decisions are made on time, at the right cost from qualified and approved suppliers (Sourcing Strategy Execution).
  • Ensure sourcing activities are in accordance with Corporate/Local policies and Procedures.                                                     
  • Support the Development of The Strategic/Family Plan (Strategic support as well as identifying local plant requirements)
  • Have a focus on the Sub-Con product line responsible for sourcing relevant services where needed 


Currently has or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelors or Masters in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or related field (recent graduate with less than 2 years of experience).

  • Ability to understand supply chain related problems and provide solutions for the benefit of the internal customers (e.g. Plant, Projects, Manufacturing)
  • Good communication skills across functions and countries.
  • Team player, self-driven, takes initiative
  • Communicative, creative problem solving.
  • Flexible, ability to work independently.
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask.

Exposure to any of the following would be a plus:

  • Supply Chain and Sourcing experience or relevant commercial qualification 
  • Intermediate level MS Office and SAP desired
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications
