As a ServiceNow ESM HRSM Implementer you will work as part of Enterprise Service Management Team that implements and enhances Schlumberger’s business processes and systems for the Global Business Services organization (GBS) and IT Function. The ability to understand business process issues and communicate technical solutions to the organization is essential to your success in this role along with extensive expertise on ServiceNow Platform.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Act as an implementer for the project delivery activities on ServiceNow for the HRSM stream, for the global HR  function in Schlumberger.
  • Communicate with key stakeholders from IT to understand business requirements and translate them to project actions and developments on the platform.
  • Leverage out of the box capabilities and best practices, identify escalate customizations to higher project authority as needed.
  • Coordinate across the delivery teams including developers, extended project resources and business stakeholders.
  • Own implementation timelines and commitment to deliver as per the agreed upon context and timelines.
  • Configure the ServiceNow platform in accordance with best practices defined by the ServiceNow, ITIL & The Open Group.
  • Identify master data needs and participate in maintaining the integrity of the ServiceNow platform master data.
  • Utilize your strong technical competencies and expertise to identify, analyse and troubleshoot any production issues and maintain procedures that meet business user expectations.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams & development teams to understand and provide automated solutions/fixes
  • Active participation and involvement in SCRUM events
  • Complete assigned items within the determined Sprint target
  • Conduct internal team training to share knowledge with team members.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills in both English and Spanish
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience.
  • Experience interacting with resources in different geographical locations.
  • 4 years of experience in ServiceNow HRSM module implementation on a large scale leveraging ServiceNow employee workflows.
  • 4 years of ServiceNow experience in the following areas: Service Catalog, Service Portal, Workflows, Orchestration, Dashboards and Performance Analytics, REST APIs
  • Experience working in ServiceNow platform as an Admin and/or Developer, OR experience in application support.
  • In depth understanding of GDPR requirements and data privacy practices and technical requirements for employees’ data.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to learn new tools, new technologies, and current industry standards.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator mandatory
  • Scrum knowledge and expertise
  • Strong Java Script experience
  • Candidates must be located and legally authorized to work in Colombia

  • Ability to work in global distributed setting without supervision.
  • Self-driven, Proactive, Systems Thinking
  • Basic knowledge of development languages: XML, HTML, CSS, Java, APIs
  • Basic knowledge of Scripting Languages (PowerShell, Bash, Shell, Python, Perl)
  • ITIL V3.0 or 4.0 Foundation Certified.
  • IT4IT Foundation Certified
  • Knowledge in HR process
