Job Summary

The Sales Representative is responsible for establishing and building relationships with assigned customers. The Sales Representative promotes the sale of BL products and services to assigned accounts, and optimizes sales opportunities through in-depth knowledge of client activities and plans. This person grows market share and revenue with assigned accounts.



Minimum Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science degree in an Engineering discipline or equivalent with 5+ years’ experience within Oil and Gas Industry. Preferably Chemical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, or Industrial Engineer.
  • Sales experience preferably in the Oil & Gas Industry.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing with superiors, colleagues, and individuals outside the Company.
  • Processing Technologies & Valves experience is a plus.
  • Experience in following up with client investment plans and market trends.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Possess a high degree of initiative.
  • Ability to work as a team member with various Product Line departments associated with designing, estimating, bidding, fabricating, constructing, and operating.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Capability to interact with customers and assist in preparing technical presentations for customers
  • Ability to follow directions.
  • Working effectively in a team environment.
  • Highly self-motivated and organized.
  • Ability to interact with a multicultural and multidiscipline team.
