Data Scientist, Product Analyst Intern - Using data science on customer care center tickets (6 months)

You will be in charge of new research and development of an algorithm to perform datamining, QC and automatic report generation from incoming CCC (Customer Care Center) tickets.
A routine setup will be expected to extract monthly reports that will be used to drive future development of the Techlog platform.
You will be interacting with the Portfolio and support team who are interacting with these tickets on a daily basis.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
As a data scientist you will work in an autonomous manner, supported by technical experts, product owner and domain experts.
As a final delivery you will set up a system to get monthly reports based on the ML algorithm you have set up learning from historical data.
