Job Summary:

Propose an ADC design in CMOS 0,18um technology for power supply monitoring in downhole tool. 

Several ADC topologies will be compared at system level (Python) and the most promising concept will be implemented and optimized in CMOS 0,18um at HDL and analog schematic level. 

 

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

  • State of the Art of ADC architectures for high temperature 
  • Python model developments for best architecture selection 
  • Implement and optimize one ADC at transistor level in CMOS technology using Cadence ADE 

Deliverable:  

  • Python models and simulation results 
  • HDL design and testbench for digital design 
  • Cadence schematics and testbench for analog simulation 
  • Stimulation results

Qualification:

  • Master’s degree – 2nd year or final year of Engineering School
