Campaign Managers run one or more enterprise global marketing communications campaign. These individuals collaborate with business stakeholders and a creative team to achieve the campaign’s MarCom objectives and the underlying business objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities: 
  • Write campaigns’ creative brief(s) (MarCom objectives; target audience; audience insight; market position; execution guidance; measurement) given inputs from business leadership, product managers, Marketing Directors, and marketing analytics.
  • Establish campaigns’ timelines.
  • Secure creative resources, either from in-house creative team or external creative agencies.
  • Ensure the right media mix and communication style for each campaign.
  • Propose Thought Leadership pieces and SLB Executive communications.
  • Plan influencer strategies.
  • Manage campaigns’ budgets.
  • Form and implement SEO strategies.
  • Deliver high-impact MarCom campaigns.
  • Partner with our marketing analytics team to deliver campaign performance insights.
  • Analyze competitors’ MarCom positioning; adjust campaign plans if needed.
  • Ensure campaigns reinforce the Schlumberger brand and product marks.
  • Report to executive leadership on campaigns’ progress, KPOs and ROI.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • BA/BS or degree equivalent in business, marketing, or communications fields.
  • Experience marketing to personas in the Energy industry.
  • 8+ years of experience working with creative teams, either in-house or creative agencies.
  • 3+ years of experience leading B2B MarCom campaigns.
  • Experience leveraging multiple media channels and communication styles.
  • Agility to work in a dynamic environment and deal with ambiguity.
  • Able to collaborate with, communicate with, and manage a matrix of internal stakeholders.
  • Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in the US, without sponsorship.
  • Preferred requirements:
    • Inquisitive and innovative mindset.
    • Proactive attitude who takes ownership of their campaigns.
    • Demonstrated ability as a fast learner.
    • 10+ years of experience working with creative teams, either in-house or creative agencies.
    • 5+ years of experience leading B2B MarCom campaigns.
    • Strong communication skills with Executive leadership.
    • BBA or MBA with marketing or international business specialty/concentration.
