Job Description 
Promotes, sells and directs company products and services for assigned accounts both onshore and offshore. Provides technical guidance to customers and acts as a facilitator between other departments and the customer to ensure project needs are met.

 

The position reports to the EUR Product and Service Delivery Manager.

 

Responsibilities

  • Part of the customer point-of-contact team for UK Production Chemistry operations, providing superior levels of support throughout the service delivery process, driving contract revenue, profitability and receivable management.
  • Coordinate chemical supplies and order management, ensure services and products delivered to the customer comply with contractual agreements and meet customer objectives and performance metrics.
  • Establishes and maintains a professional relationship with the customer, presents technical solutions to customers, and provides advice on operational and technical questions.
  • Ad-hoc offshore work (chemical interventions, field trials, field surveys).

 

Qualifications

  • Degree in chemistry or chemical engineering.
  • 0-3 years’ experience.
  • Knowledge of production chemistry an advantage  
  • Fluent in English.
  • Good communicator who is able to understand and present fairly complex technical solutions to customers
  • Able to work independently and as a part of a team as required.
