Job Description
The HR Data Services Analyst provides functional support for all HR master data initiatives such as SAP SuccessFactor and SAP HR. The end users supported are the global community in SLB using these systems. In accordance with business needs, this role would be responsible for ensuring and improving the functional and technical quality and management of the above-mentioned applications with a focus on data quality, sufficiency, and completeness. HR Data Services Analyst is expected to work closely with the SLB business segments and internal IT to ensure data quality, compliance, and operating procedures.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsible for supporting activities in SAP (HR and SuccessFactor) – PA/OM

Maintenance of SLB SL master hierarchy in SAP

Understanding HR functional data
-
Experience in maintaining Organization Management (OM) in SAP HR

Experience in SAP Success Factor
-
IDOC monitoring and functional troubleshooting
-
Mass data changes for HR master data using tools (Winshuttle) and scripts
-
Research potential duplicate records; ensures governance and compliance with naming standard

Support day-to-day SAP HR and SAP SuccessFactor workflow requests for master data updates

Support SAP HyperCare phases

Regression testing for global SAP project rollouts

Assist in the development of forms, procedures, and work instructions. Identify data quality or process improvement opportunities.

Participate in master data related projects as needed.

System monitoring and user management related activities

Create and maintain business procedure policies related to the HR master data

Support the business with required procedures, submit incidents and change requests when needed

Assist business process experts in defining standard operating procedures, process flows and related documentation

Ensure data quality, compliance, and consistency of master data across business systems

Should be able to write functional specifications.

Responsible for the proper support of Master Data and resolution of all tickets in a timely manner, as per Service Level Agreements (SLA) goals.

Execute and monitor the processes and technology within the defined SLA’s to cleanse, standardize and/or enrich data,

Prepare Data Quality Scorecards. Analyses trends and statistics to create action plans for process improvement.

Analyses business operations to determine opportunities to automate processes and functions.

Initiates, develops, and shares best practices & lessons learned, across the data pillar
Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor¹s or Master’s degree in HR or IT related field
-
2 to 5 years working in IT enterprises in a support environment.

2 years of experience working in HR management domain in SAP HR/SuccessFactor.

Experience in SAP HypeCare support and mass changes in SAP
-
Experience working in captive units & working in shifts is an advantage.

Microsoft O360 knowledge to include pivot tables, graphs, and presentation layers.
