Description & Scope:

As a Logistics Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in supply chain, customs and warehouse operations within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This internship offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced logistics professionals and contribute to projects focused on improving the efficiency of inbound and outbound material flows, inventory management, and operational processes. 

 

You will support daily logistics activities, customs warehouse, analyze operational data, identify improvement opportunities, and participate in initiatives that enhance service levels, productivity, and process standardization. This role is ideal for students who are eager to develop practical skills in logistics, supply chain management, and continuous improvement while gaining exposure to real-world business operations.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Support the logistics team in daily operations such as shipments coordination, material flow monitoring, and documentation follow-up.
  • Contribute to ongoing projects focused on enhancing supply chain efficiency, with an emphasis on cost reduction, process optimisation, and supplier performance.
  • Collect and analyse logistics data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Planning, Procurement, and Manufacturing to gain a holistic view of the supply chain.

Qualifications:

  • ​​Studying Bachelors or Masters​ in ​Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management​ or a related discipline
  • Good motivation, autonomy, teamwork, and ingenuity
  • ​​Data analysis (Excel, Power BI, or similar tools)​
  • Knowledge of supply chain and logistics principles
  • Project management basics
  • Reporting and presentation skills
