Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Geosolutions Geophysicist to join our team in Algiers. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in seismic data acquisition, processing, and interpretation, working closely with experienced geophysicists and clients. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a professional environment while contributing to high-impact geophysical projects.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in processing seismic data using industry-standard software and workflows
Support senior geophysicists in testing and validating processing parameters
Help ensure processed data is delivered accurately and on schedule
Participate in quality control checks and velocity picking
Learn to interpret seismic test results and contribute recommendations
Collaborate with the project team and assist in daily project management tasks
Archive and document project data according to company standards
Stay updated on developments in seismic data processing and geophysical techniques
Provide support to junior and senior team members as needed

Qualifications & Experience
Engineer / Master degree in Geophysics, Geoscience, or a related field
Basic understanding of seismic data processing, interpretation, and inversion
Familiarity with seismic software is a plus, but not required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Motivation to learn and grow in a fast-paced technical environment
