The Assembler is responsible for assembling and testing products, and for troubleshooting and resolving issues.

• Assemble components of all Product Lines. Select correct tools and fixtures.
• Test assembled products. Troubleshoot and resolve problems associated with the assembly and testing of products.
• Ensure ability to: read blueprints; identify components; use pertinent hand tools and rework techniques; operate equipment, dimensioning and setting tolerances of mechanical parts and assemblies.
• Create labor records for all transactions.
• Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualification & Experience: 

• Entry level position - 0-3 years experience in manufacturing setting preferred.
• Strong organizational and problem solving skillsAbility to communicate with management and peers in a clear and professional manner.
• Efficient in basic computer skills: accessing and sending emails, completing online certifications and tests, etc.
• Proactively identify and resolve any issues or problems that could arise and/or the ability to direct said issue or problem to the appropriate team.
• This role follows a full time schedule and requires regular in‑person work at our Florence, KY office. Candidates must live within commuting distance.
