SLB está reactivando sus operaciones en Venezuela y buscamos un Digital IT Operations Specialist para brindar soporte técnico a los usuarios, resolviendo incidentes de hardware y software, y apoyando la configuración y el mantenimiento de la infraestructura de IT.
Lo que Buscamos
- Mínimo 2 años de experiencia comprobable en roles de soporte a usuarios de IT
- Ingeniero en Sistemas Computacionales, Mecatrónica, Software o carrera afín
- Conocimientos en: framework ITIL (básico), redes (preferible nivel Cisco CCNA), Windows y paquete Microsoft Office, y manejo de servidores
- Experiencia en soporte de hardware (diagnóstico, reparación, mantenimiento y reemplazo de componentes)
- Nociones básicas de Inteligencia Artificial aplicada a IT (herramientas de soporte con IA, chatbots o automatización simple)
- Locación: Maturín/Cd. Ojeda
- Inglés intermedio-avanzado
Responsabilidades Principales
- Diagnosticar y resolver incidentes de software y hardware en las estaciones de trabajo
- Brindar soporte cercano y amigable a los usuarios
- Apoyar la configuración y el mantenimiento de equipos de red, servidores, sistemas de videoconferencia, control de acceso, cámaras de seguridad, impresoras e infraestructura de IT en general
- Aplicar los procesos de gestión de cambios (change management)
- Cumplir con las políticas de Calidad, HSE y de IT
