Descrição das atividades a serem desempenhadas pelo estagiário: | Apoiar o acompanhamento das atividades de manutenção e infraestrutura predial; Acompanhar abertura, execução e fechamento de chamados, verificando prazos e pendências; Atualizar indicadores de Facilities (consumos, energia, água, etc); Apoiar acompanhamento de subcontratadas, documentação e planos de ação; Auxiliar no controle de despesas (OPEX) e projetos de investimentos (CAPEX); Apoiar iniciativas relacionadas a sustentabilidade; Apoiar conformidades e requisitos de segurança nas atividades de Facilities; Identificar oportunidades de simplificação, digitalização e melhorias dos processos; |
