What You Will Do:

  • The Jet Lift Technical Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth through the promotion, application, and sale of Jet Lift solutions to midstream operators and producers.

  • This role combines technical expertise in artificial lift and well production with consultative selling to identify customer needs, recommend optimized Jet Lift applications, and deliver measurable production improvements.

  • The representative partners closely with customers, operations, and internal technical teams to develop tailored solutions, support field execution, and strengthen long-term customer relationships while achieving business growth objectives.

  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies for Jet Lift solutions, partnering with midstream operators and producers to optimize production performance and maximize asset value.

  • Identify new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing

  • Provide technical consultation on Jet Lift and SWD systems, including sizing, configuration, and operational optimization

  • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

  • Support the sales forecast for the assigned territory and report progress through the CRM sales tool.

  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform product development and positioning

  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings

  • May assist with training customers.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field

  • 5 years of sales experience in the oil & gas industry

  • Strong technical knowledge of Jet Lift pump systems and fluid handling equipment

  • Experience using a CRM tool and forecasting, preferred sales force systems knowledge

  • Self-driven work ethic

  • Strong negotiation skills

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite

  • Competitive attitude and strong work ethic with the ability to enthusiastically represent the company

  • Availability for inter-regional travel as required, 50%

  • Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record

Physical Demands

  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus

  • The employee is regularly required to talk or hear

  • The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms

  • Ability to lift 10 lbs

  • Role is deemed safety sensitive and may be subject to employer or customer drug testing

Position Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary Range: $85k-$100k

  • Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with up to 6% company match
