Logistics Analyst

What You Will Do:

• Responsible for implementing inventory control measures to minimize stockouts, excess inventory, and obsolescence.
• Supports planning and shipping products.
• Manages basic transactions moving products.
• Manages shipments within SAP and the freight forwarding system, and tracks freight, maintaining tasks events and document control.
• Responsible for invoicing of shipments in a timely and accurate manner, controlling and auditing shipments.
• Responds to quotations and RFQs on a regular basis and maintains KPI targets.
• Prepares logistic concepts and operational procedures.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical skills with a continuous process improvement approach
• Passionate about driving quality within a project organization
• Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent teamwork skills and quickly establish trust, credibility, and rapport
• Demonstrate innovative and creative thinking capabilities and possess good troubleshooting skills
• High level of professionalism, energy, and sense of urgency to “make things happen”
• Follow all safety policies and company-wide safety requirements; encourage action assuring safe behavior; confront unsafe behavior and conditions proactively and positively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineer
