Job Summary

The Box-On-Demand Supervisor is a line supervisory role and will manage the Box-On-Demand crews in their respective divisions.  The day-to-day performance of the field crews is directly responsible to this position.

Relationships reports to Division Trucking Manager, BOD crew report to this position

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Provide weekly updates to division trucking manager for each of the crews he is supervising.
  • Responsible for maintaining and enforcing crew schedules.
    • Maintain crew schedules.
  • Oversee biweekly bonuses for the reporting crews.
  • Ensure BOD assets availability and readiness.
  • Promotes safety and enforces company policies at all times.
  • First responders at wellsite for any CSML/near miss event.
    • Ensure all incidents are recorded and documented.
  • Help investigate any CMSL event related to in conjecture with HSE Manager.
  • Make sure preventive maintenance is done on a timely manner and recording in Maximo.
  • Provide mentor training to the crew as required.

Minimum qualifications

  • Minimum high school or equivalency with
  • 5 years of oilfield is preferred.
  • Should be organized and methodical.
  • Able to use software business systems and Microsoft Office.
  • High degree of attention required to prevent injury to others; promote a safe work environment.
  • Execute assignments in an accurate, timely and safe manner.
  • Maintain a clean & safe environment.
  • Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in the US, without sponsorship.
