Early Careers Operations

Operations is at the center of our business. Whether it’s a rig site, on a production platform, or in one of our facilities, you’ll be part of collaborative site teams that combine a variety of skills to deliver exceptional service. You’ll harness the latest technology advances to acquire and apply data. Your role will ultimately be to characterise, drill, and produce reservoirs, and deliver processing to a global energy industry. It’s demanding work, but highly rewarding for people who enjoy solving technically-complex, continually-changing challenges every day. You’ll gain a unique insight into the exploration and production (E&P) business and the skills, technology, and innovation that drives it.
