Equipment Operator

Maintain our state-of-the-art equipment

As an Equipment Operator, you’ll help manage the equipment that makes the pioneering work we do possible. It’s a role that varies from day-to-day, but you’ll always work as part of a team committed to making sure our equipment is in the right place, at the right time, performing to our high standards. We work with state-of-the-art technology and it will be your responsibility to ensure it’s being deployed as effectively and safely as possible. If you’re curious, willing to learn new skills, and want to work with industry-leading equipment, then this is the ideal role for you.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure correct equipment is in place and ready to perform to exceptional standard
  • Rigging up and rigging down equipment including high pressure-rated equipment
  • Attend operational meetings with colleagues, customers, and specialists
  • Perform risk analysis to identify, correct, and report potential hazards
  • Ensure preventative maintenance is done to high standard and equipment is ready for the next job
  • Manage inspections and self assessments to ensure compliance

Requirements

  • High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) or equivalent
  • Minimum three years’ experience as a skilled operator or equivalent military experience
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office desirable)
  • Class A Commercial Driving License (Heavy Vehicle) or country equivalent and clean driving record (HAZMAT preferred)
  • This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship

Maintenance Technician

Keep our tools and equipment performing to the highest standard

Our Maintenance Technicians make sure the state-of-the-art equipment and technology we use is helping us deliver exceptional work. You’ll monitor the equipment to minimize non-productive time and prevent any potential issues before they arise. You’ll solve technically-challenging problems in complex environments, using your knowledge and abilities to identify and deliver solutions that keep equipment performing to the required level. If you’re looking to expand your understanding of new technology and want to be hands-on in solving difficult problems these are the roles for you.

Mechanical Technician

Mechanical Technicians manage our mechanical equipment. You’ll be responsible for repairs, preventative maintenance, and process improvement across a range of different equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for safe operation, maintenance, and repair of all mechanical equipment
  • Work across a range of equipment including engines, hydraulics, and air systems
  • Perform troubleshooting to identify problem causes
  • Maintain accurate and timely paperwork
  • Make critical maintenance decisions where required

Requirements

  • Two or three years’ technical certificate or equivalent
  • Demonstrate ability to work independently under general supervision
  • Able to show leadership where required
  • Electronic engine experience is an advantage

Electronic Technician

Electronic Technicians manage the maintenance of our electric, electronic, and computer-based equipment. This includes everything from system testing, to assembly, to troubleshooting and repairs.

  • Repair and maintain electric, electronic, and computer-based equipment
  • Repair and troubleshoot equipment across vehicles, electronic shops, and laboratories
  • Comply with regulations, industry standards and observe all HSE and environmental policies
  • Maintain accurate and timely paperwork
  • Assist Mechanical Technicians in repairing electrical problems
  • Help train operating personnel and mechanics to troubleshoot electrical systems

Requirements

  • Two or three years’ technical certificate or equivalent
  • Willing to complete competency checks related to specific role once accepted
