About the role:

 

 

Reporting to the Technology Organization Communications Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the marketing and communication efforts within the Technology Organization. Your main responsibility will be to assist in the ideation, development, and execution of strategic campaigns tailored to specific functions or groups within the organization. From organizing engaging events and webcasts to crafting compelling internal communications and driving employee engagement initiatives, you'll be at the forefront of keeping our team informed and inspired. 

 

 


 
This role is based in Crawley, West Sussex and qualifies for “BlueFlex”, the SLB flexible working scheme.

What You'll Do:

 

 

  • Craft clear and impactful written communications to keep employees informed and engaged, utilizing various channels such as email newsletters, intranet platforms, and digital signage. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and develop innovative campaign ideas that resonate with our audience. 
  • Take ownership of campaign execution, from planning to implementation, ensuring alignment with our overall Technology initiatives and key performance objectives. 
  • Coordinate and facilitate events, conferences, and webcasts, providing logistical support and ensuring a seamless experience for participants. 
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a sense of community and connection within the Technology Organization. 
  • Assist in planning and executing external marketing operations to promote our technology solutions and enhance our brand presence in the market. 
  • Lead some time-bound projects, taking full ownership of deliverables and driving successful outcomes.

Requirements:

 

 

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail and creativity. 
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative and drive projects forward independently. 
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. 
  • Passion for technology and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced, innovative environment. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with digital communication tools and platforms is a plus. 
  • Experience of creating graphics and videos in Canva or similar platforms is a plus.
