MPS Liquid Technical Service Engineer

The Technical Service Engineer is responsible for providing technical support to the Engineering department.

Participate in pre-tour and toolbox meetings with rig crew when on site.
Promote safety and leadership. Complete formal training sessions on Quality, Health, Safety and Environment and technical subjects as described by the training matrices.
Pursue solutions to technical equipment problems, and write analytical reports.
Review, evaluate and prepare incentive prospects and bids.
Help prepare technical and equipment sections of the budget.
Develop and maintain contact with customers' drilling and technical departments.
Support implementation of new technologies on the rigs.
Understand the multidisciplinary aspects of conducting business and be familiar with management disciplines, including Technical Support, Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain, Human Resources and Marketing.
