Job Summary:

The DST Specialist is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable PSD to Customers. The DST Field Specialist identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work, and manage, risk during service delivery.

Relationships:

Reports to the Product and Service Delivery Manager.

Responsibilities:

Candidate’s duties may include the following:

• Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
• Execute service delivery execution.
• Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.
• Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.
• Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing the Compliance Assessment Tool (CAT), self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.
• Lead Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action plans.
• Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives.
• Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.
• Maintain the required safety training.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:

• Associate degree in engineering Discipline
• 5 years’ experience performing Downhole testing jobs in complex environments.
• 2 years’ experience in senior Specialist role.
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Must be able to work in a team environment.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions in a fast-paced and high-stress environment.
