Job Summary:

The Surface Well Testing Supervisor is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable PSD to Customers. The SWT Supervisor identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work, and manage, risk during service delivery.

Relationships:

Reports to the Product and Service Delivery Manager.

Responsibilities:

Candidate’s duties may include the following:

• Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
• Responsible for service delivery execution.
• Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.
• Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.
• Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing the Compliance Assessment Tool (CAT), self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.
• Lead HSE and Service Quality Meetings with team and customers and improve performance using action plans.
• Deploy equipment, personnel, material and product in a position to be ready to perform service.
• Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.
• Maintain the required safety training.
• Other duties and special projects as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:

• Associate degree in engineering Discipline
• 5 years’ experience leading Well Testing operations in a supervisory role
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Must be able to work in a team environment.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions in a fast-paced and high-stress environment.
