Our Human Resources (HR) teams hire the people who drive Schlumberger forward and give them the platform to do transformational work. Joining HR is your opportunity to see how a global, people-driven business does that. You’ll be able to make a difference right away and our structured development program means you’ll acquire the skills and experience you need to become an increasingly important part of our team – as you grow with us.
As a Compensation and Benefits Analyst, you’ll work as part of a team that builds employee packages that balance competitiveness and sustainability. You’ll learn Schlumberger’s values and principles and how to apply them to your decision making as you balance them with your analysis of the market landscape. You’ll also create packages that comply with our policies and other regulations and legislation in each of the countries we operate in. A large part of the role is acting as a face of the team as you liaise with colleagues across the business to answer queries and further your understanding of what people need and expect. It’s a fascinating role that sits at the heart of our business and if you’re a strong communicator with a focus on results, it’s an opportunity to make an impact on how we work.
You’ll need a relevant university degree and up to two years’ experience in Personnel is beneficial.
