Our Human Resources (HR) teams hire the people who drive Schlumberger forward and give them the platform to do transformational work. Joining HR is your opportunity to see how a global, people-driven business does that. You’ll be able to make a difference right away and our structured development program means you’ll acquire the skills and experience you need to become an increasingly important part of our team – as you grow with us.
As an HR Analyst, you’ll drive our understanding of our people and use that analysis to make better decisions about how we support those people to do great work. You’ll capture, analyze, and report HR trends and turn that data into tangible knowledge that deepens our understanding and helps us create an even greater platform for our people to build on. You’ll sit in the center of our business, learning how to create accurate, useful analysis and developing expertise in what makes our business and our industry work. From creating reports and dashboards to managing data to liaising with colleagues to help roll out HR programs, you’ll be an active part of shaping our culture from day one. If you’re a great communicator with an eye for detail, we can offer you a unique opportunity to build a career in HR.
You’ll need a relevant university degree and up to two years’ experience in HR or business is beneficial.
