HR Representative

HR Representatives support employees and managers on important issues such as hiring, relocation, benefits, career development, performance, compensation, and promotions. It’s a varied role where you’ll learn our business inside-out, even helping with hiring applications where appropriate. If you’re looking to understand how a leading business designs and implements successful HR policy, then this is the role for you.

Responsibilities

  • Be the point of contact for career changes,—support employees and help them liaise with the business
  • Organize and conduct employee information meetings
  • Help line management with various talent duties
  • Coordinate training and recruitment activities

Requirements

  • Relevant university degree and up to two years’ experience in HR or business is beneficial
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to maintain good business relationships
