Identity & Access Management Engineer

Bogota - Colombia

The Identity & Access Management Engineer is responsible to identify ideas and concepts associated with the management of identities, roles, and directories including LDAP and Active Directory.  They should be able to flesh our ideas and create flow charts and associated documentation so that every part of the concept is accounted for.  They need to understand coding languages and how to apply them in a way to create new, fresh content and usable applications. Would also like database administration skill sets.

  • IDM/IGA software experience (e.g. SailPoint, Saviynt, Microsoft MIM (FIM), etc) experience
  • 5-7 years’ experience managing Programming skills including
    •  VB, VBA, VBScript, .NET and Angular, C#, XPath, PowerShell
  • Experience developing and customizing Web Applications and SharePoint Services
  • Experience designing and developing web interfaces and web services.
  • SQL DBA experience
  • SQL Jobs, SQL Queries, SQL Reporting Services
  • Experience working with Active Directory (AD) or other LDAP directories
  • Ability to create and execute technology roadmaps.
  • Experience creating technical documentation.
  • Ability to measure and report KPIs for service and support improvement.


  • Superior working knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Active Directory and Directory Server products.
  • Strong foundation in Systems Administration principles, including systems automation, change management, capacity planning, documentation, etc.
  • Thorough understanding of network protocols, topology, terminology, etc.
  • Strong analytical & organizational skills.
  • Professional and effective writing, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience leading technology implementation projects on an enterprise scale.
  • Knowledge of managed workstation administration techniques.
