Description:

Schlumberger has an opening in Bogotá, Colombia for a Business Process Analyst, who will be responsible for working with Research, Engineering and Manufacturing (REM) workflow which combines the functions of Production planning & Control (PP) including advanced planning (APO) and Quality Management (QM) including Quality engineering, Quality Control and Quality Assurance with integration with opentext. REM also include integration of Manufacturing execution of SAP – ME/MII

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for ensuring SLA for incidents are met as per agreed targets
  • Proactively identify potential improvements as part of problem management
  • Identify training needs and skill gap within Sustain team and provide recommendation for hiring as may require
  • Ensure that Solution knowledge of every release is effectively transitioned to sustain team before the go live. Highlight the risk if any upfront
  • Interact with local segment and function teams
  • Work with end users for supporting incidents

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Computer Science, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication, verbal and written skills in both English and Spanish
  • Candidates must be located and legally authorized to work in Colombia

Key competencies in technologies:

  • Sound understanding in SAP PP – more than 5 years of hands-on experience including
    • Demand management
    • Production planning
    • MRP
    • Shop floor control
  • More than 5 years of strong experience with any domain
  • Proven Analytical Capabilities, must have excellent analytical competencies, demonstrated experience in full life-cycle implementations
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Should be conversant with support processes and methodologies
  • Good understanding of the overall scope, system, data and process scope for assigned area of responsibility
  • Proven proficiency in time and project management, and leadership skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment, collaborate with various people and organizations in an effort to develop win/win results.
  • High level of proficiency and understanding of information technology and the linkage between business processes, people and systems.
