Benefits Administrator

Mexico City - Mexico

The Benefit Administrator is responsible for administering and processing benefit plans. Provides information to enrolled participants regarding their benefits plan, including state, sponsored plans, insured benefits or company sponsored benefits plans, current and deferred.

Previous Experience and Competencies:

  • Degree in Administration, Organizational Psychology, Accounting
  • 3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits is a must
  • Conversational English (Advanced level)
  • Reside in Mexico City or around (no other states will be considered)
  • Knowledge of legal benefits, insurances, supplier management
  • Excel (Advanced level)
  • Management of some ERP (desirable)

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Record employee’s enrollment and changes in benefits system
  • Assist country administrators with reporting benefits for all eligible participants
  • Perform regular audits of benefits contribution
  • Ensure correct storage of benefit master data and proper distribution of annual benefits statements to participants and answer queries
  • Coordinate with Payroll and Finance for issues related to contributions and payment of benefits
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
