Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing and maintaining updated information for customers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative functions supporting customer service functions and sales order entries.
  • Provide monthly status of open orders and follow up with customers and Production.
  • Maintain record of asset delivery progress and invoicing.
  • Interact with Production, Buyer and Planner for follow-up of customer orders.
  • Resolve licensing issues received from customers and record in support database.
  • Maintain and improve the integrity of the data in the MFGPRO database.
  • Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement, wherever applicable.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 2 minimum years of experience. 
  • High school Diploma required. College, preferred
  • Language: Spanish a plus.
  • Key Skills: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite, excellent computer skills, BPCS (manufacturing planning system) knowledge a plus
  • Key Abilities: Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent organizational skills, ability to work in fast-paced environment, ability to maintain a positive attitude
  • Preferred to have knowledge of manufacturing planning systems, SAP and Oracle.
  • Field experience preferred.
  • Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in the US, without sponsorship.
