Roles and Responsibilities: 

ISNetworld, Veriforce and Avetta

  • Maintain client grade status as high as possible by keeping documents such as insurance certificates, good standing certificates, acknowledgment forms, HSE Programs and owner specific client forms as current as possible.
  • Keep track of monthly low status grades on a spreadsheet.
  • Read MSA’s to request COI’s.
  • Maintain variance requests and communicate with client to gain approved status.
  • Variance requests expire so I maintain a calendar in Outlook to prepare for resubmission.
  • Communicate with Marsh for updated COI’s. (Use the Insurance cert request from the HUB to request new COI’s)
  • Create Quest Action items for new acknowledgment forms. Maintain all accounts to ensure acknowledged when approved.
  • Communicate relevant newly approved acknowledgment forms and transfer into Teamspace folder.
  • Upload required approved documents from Owner Specific Documents.
  • Use TQ tool to run activity compliance reports, input job equivalencies, manually input activities and generate TQ reports.
  • Act as a liaison between staff and verifying TQ’s in ISN to ensure employee is qualified. Communicate with managers to update employees accordingly. Troubleshoot any issues as needed.
  • Unblock and block clients. Must verify if client is generating substantial revenue and/or if there is an MSA in place or not.
  • Communicate all incoming messages from client to subscribed Bulletin Board members.
  • Grant permissions and create log-ins for SLB personnel.
  • Submit OSHA Logs and Man Hours

DISA/AWSI

  • Weekly GIN Updates (1-2 hour weekly)
  • DISA Consolidated Invoicing (15-20 hours monthly)
  • Update active employees with correct ISN identification number (as needed, monthly check)
  • Misc. tasks as needed

AOH

  • Medication Reviews and Tracking (periodically during the week, 1 hour per week)
  • Invoicing for Med-Track (new recruits) and Medication Reviews – Sabrina

QUEST

  • Create action items to communicate new Acknowledgment forms to be reviewed.
  • Input meeting notes when applicable.
  • Assist with mapping new job codes for clients from ISN when necessary.
  • Use system to provide HSE stats for bids and tenders

Teamspace

  • Maintain all communications from clients in each unique folder.
  • Grant permissions for subscribers.
  • Manage folders to keep current. Add new client folders as needed.
  • Post announcements and updates.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Entry level with 0-1 year experience in similar job function
  • Process oriented
  • Computer skills (Microsoft Windows application, SAP,  etc.)
  • Ability to plan activities and set up logistics
  • Processing of invoices / Financial transactions
  • Good communication skills
  • Working closely with other and Collaboration
  • Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in the US, without sponsorship.
