Job Description

The Operations System Field Deployment Lead ensures that the Operations System (OS) is an integral part of operating and standardize to the operational models. The Operations System Field Deployment Lead improves each aspect of business performance within the assigned PL continuously, and align the organization, process, management system, and digital capabilities to optimize effectiveness.  This person ensures the Operations System is deployed, and that processes are defined and maintained at each level within the PL, as well as ensure that the Process Owner role is clearly assigned at PL headquarters and in the GeoMarket.  The Operations System Field Deployment Lead creates and coordinates strategy and efforts toward reaching Operations System targets, and monitors key performance indicators related to OS, and ensures Operations System roll-outs are implemented so they meet the adoption and value metrics and that all relevant business processes and support systems are operational. This person improves processes through monitoring and analyzing impact and performance effectiveness.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Communicate project vision and goals, including alignment with target operating model
  • Engage leadership and obtain sign-off to supporting and sustaining any required changes.
  • Validate change impact assessment and implement change plans.
  • Complete business readiness assessments and execute remediation actions.
  • Participate in solution readiness, infrastructure and security readiness, and user testing.
  • Review, validate, and assist in execution of data cleansing plans. 
  • Perform and execute stakeholder analysis and engagement plans.
  • Ensure alignment with transformation governance model.
  • Customize and execute training plan.
  • Validate value metrics, implement plan for value metrics enablement, and ensure value tracking mechanisms are in place.
  • Validate change adoption metrics, set change adoption KPOs, and define the monitoring plan.
  • Validate IT applications and infrastructure readiness plans, including relevant data
  • Ensure project plan accuracy in Operations System Toolbox.
  • Identify deployment risks and implement control plans.
