Technical Sales Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Focal point for coordination and distribution of tasks to support the Europe Well Construction Sales Managers and Sales Team.
  • Responsible for system updates in SAP/ComCat (pricing updates, creation of price books, commercial agreements, billing/sales accounts)
  • Responsible for system maintenance and updates in GAC across WEC (ensure all Business Line activity registered, market intel reports created, working with OFS to maintain accurate updates of activity incl competition)
  • Assist in system maintenance and updates in C4C on pipeline integrity, scorecards, report creation etc
  • Support Sales team on Market Share update
  • Assist with the PO signing processes.
  • Also need to follow up with Controller & AR Team on DIR and Collection and trigger any collection risk with Sales team.
  • Create and assist with the creation, maintenance, and administration of Contract Management Environment (CME), throughout tendering phase, award until contract handover via Contract Execution Summary (CES).
  • When required, assist with Events and Communication in promotional activities, customer events, trade fairs etc.
  • When required, assist with printing of tenders and also upload of final submission to client’s online portal.
  • Generate reports on a regular and ad-hoc basis as required by the WEC Sales Team – particularly from the PowerBI dashboards available (like monthly revenue per client, NT revenues, YoY rev growth/decline per UoA).
  • Consolidate reports for presentations
  • Assist with training/coaching and ensure proficiency in all marketing & sales business systems of the team members
  • Assist with local user training as needed.
  • Understand and promote Schlumberger values.
  • Ensure QHSE procedures are followed.
  • Ensure Quest certifications are up to date and Quest reporting requirements are met.

Experience and Key Competence:

  • Strong computer literacy of all MS Office packages and applications including Outlook and Teams
  • Strong knowledge of internal marketing and sales business systems (ComCat, SAP, CME, GAC,C4C, Xait Porter)
  • Strong awareness of QHSE
  • Effective interpersonal skills and written communication skills.
  • Able to work on own initiatives.
  • Able to present data in professional manner.
  • Able to conduct training in a professional and efficient manner to the Sales Team members.
