Mission

The Products Coordinator is responsible for maintaining an accurate product allocation plan for the existing and upcoming jobs in the short to tactical term (weekly to 3 months). The Products Coordinator provides products to the wellsite on time and efficiently. This person ensures that sufficient resources are available to meet the generic job plan/forecast. The Products Coordinator owns the IM&D KOP in the GeoMarket and ensure the full implementation, adoption, and effectiveness of the processes to support the business and drive the associated metrics.

 

Requirements:

  • Master/Bachelor's Degree/Equivalent professional experience.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Previous experience with MI Swaco and Cementing is an added advantage.
  • Must have a flexible working schedule.

 

Responsibilities

These responsibilities are activities that correspond to the metro stops and key processes.

  • Mobilize Product and Material
  • Identify and Assign Product and Material for Job
  • Demobilize Product and Material
  • Verify Projected Product and Material Availability
  • Create Intercompany Sales Order
  • Balance Short-Term Product Demand with Supply

 

Additional Responsibilities

  • Track jobs in iDistrict or equivalent business system to ship the required chemicals/products.
  • Ensure job entry resources are accurate in iDistrict.
  • Allocate resources in accordance with job requirements on iDistrict.
  • Maintain the product inventory updated daily.
  • Regularly communicate with Logistics regarding the transportation of products.
  • Monitor DSOH indicators and propose improvement initiatives.
  • Evaluate demand and inform the Shared Services Organization (SSO).
  • Liaise with SSO to monitor lead time.
  • Conduct OPRM asset-specific risk assessment for high-risk, short-term jobs.

Resources Assistant

Mission

The Resources Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to Resources Coordinators (Asset, M&S and/or Product Coordinators), enabling them to focus on planning tasks. The Resources Assistant identifies possible future resource needs based on upcoming jobs reflected on the business systems and communicates these to the Resources Coordinator.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree/Equivalent professional experience.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Previous experience with MI Swaco and Cementing is an added advantage.
  • Must have a flexible working schedule.

 

Responsibilities

  • Track job start/end dates in planning system of record (iDistrict, JMP, FDP) to coordinate scheduling and mobilization of to/from and between rigs and service delivery locations.
  • Support data entry to business systems in use by Resources Coordinator and initiate relevant notifications to all involved parties.
  • Liaise with Coordinators and other functions to facilitate the equipment movements and monitor lead time.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to import/export and inter location shipments, including physical and system-based(OneClick, iBaserequests, TMS, LCT) actions.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to entering M&S requests into the appropriate business systems.
  • Maintain permits for equipment, transportation of dangerous goods paperwork, and insurance paperwork.
  • Complete fixed asset disposal paperwork or fixed asset acquisition paperwork and review monthly asset movements reports.
  • Support Asset Coordinator in the completion of fixed asset reconciliation tasks.
  • Assist TLM in equipment receptions and on-boarding, including mechanical lifting duties for shipping.
