Job Summary:

The MPS Sales Representative is responsible for establishing and building relationships with assigned customers. The Sales Representative promotes the sale of BL products and services to assigned accounts, and optimizes sales opportunities through in-depth knowledge of client activities and plans. This person grows market share and revenue with assigned accounts. The MPS Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales and developing long standing customer relationships in the challenging marketplace by utilizing a proactive approach to our sales and field service activities.

 

Relationships:

Directly reports to the Geounit Sales and Commercial Manager

 

Responsibilities:

Candidate’s duties may include the following:

  • Generate Professional reports addressing clients quick gains and main pain points.
  • Interface with Subject Matter Experts to find the best solution  for each client.
  • Plan client calls and makes regular client visits to ensure appropriate call coverage of assigned accounts.
  • Ensure customer problems arising from sales are responded to and appropriately managed.
  • Maintain C4C for accounts, including customer profiling, organizational chart, visit reports, and customer drivers.
  • Create and action an approved sales plan for assigned account(s).
  • Capture customer BL and all local and international competitor activity (GAC).
  • Identify and qualify all sales leads and opportunities.
  • Maintain opportunity pipeline in C4C.
  • Work with management to develop sales goals and coordinate sales plans for promoting existing services and products and introducing new services and products.
  • Monitor price structure and pricing levels and recommend necessary changes and price increases.
  • Attend training courses to maintain knowledge of key technologies and competitor offerings and practices.
  • Provide support for receivables management.
  • Contribute to multi-BL activities.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in Engineering Discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience on Midstream or Downstream market in one or more of the below subjects:
    • Engineering;
    • O&M;
    • Management;
    • Technology, (Chemistry, Process, Digital).
    • Process Engineering;
    • Process Technology Technical Expertise;
  • Experience in Sales preferred
  • Has significant commercial awareness to identify new opportunities
  • Displays strong initiative, able to produce required sales results
  • Strong communication (English written and verbal) and organization skills
  • Ability to establish themselves as the installed base site customer’s go-to for technical solutions related to Cameron supplied equipment
  • Energetic and enterprising with a determination to succeed
  • Natural networker with an appetite for building an extensive range of contacts within the business
