Job Description and Responsibilities:
At SLB-Doll Research (SDR) Center, Cambridge MA, the Robotics and Sensors department is seeking applicants for a Research Scientist position. Located in the heart of Boston’s vibrant technology ecosystem, the SDR Robotics and Sensors department is focused on inventing, prototyping, and deploying solutions to ensure innovation gets rapidly into the hands of our customers — where it matters most.
To help us fast-track the energy transition, we are looking for enthusiastic candidates specializing in engineering or physics to join our multidisciplinary team. As a member of our Fluids Analysis team, you will be expected to be a technical contributor to a multi-discipline team that is engaged in prototype development and experimentation for the detection and quantification of gases and liquids as well as the conversion of gases (including GHG) into useable products. Our ideal candidate is an experienced experimentalists who are passionate about building and operating prototype equipment, innate problem solvers, open to learning new technologies, and thrive working as part of team to solve technical challenges.
