Job Description

 

The Compensation Accounting Analyst is responsible for accounting, reporting Compensation cost analysis; Payroll, bonus and other types of remuneration and benefits paid to employees, The Compensation Accounting Analyst also ensure accurate transaction records, evaluate financial processing, and control transaction processes. The Analyst should be self-motivated with a positive attitude, and effectively collaborate with the team to drive efficiencies and meaningful reporting and analysis

 

Essential Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Providing in depth financial analysis of compensation cost and balance sheet for relevant
  • accounts
  • Ensure compliance with Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines
  • Supervise outsourced transactional Compensation accounting and perform complex transactions.
  • This includes review of fiscal reporting Compensation cost lines
  • Support development of new tools and improvement processes for improving analytical
  • capabilities to assist in Compensation reporting across multiple departments
  • Understand and comply with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements
  • Exhibit a sense of urgency, working in a fast-paced environment with constructive judgment
  • during demanding situations
  • Coach and assist in development of new team members.

 

Qualifications :

  • Accounting degree or equivalent professional certification
  • 4+ years experience in a financial role
  • Audit background with SAP & Blackline experience
  • Strong Microsoft excel skills, SAP experience preferred
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast pace environment with tight deadlines, willing to learn new skills
  • Effective communication skill in English
  • Intellectually curious, analytically rigorous, good business intuition
  • Strong team player
