Mission
The HR Representative / Business Partner is responsible for supporting employees and managers on topics including hiring, relocation, benefits, career development, performance appraisals, compensation, and promotions. The HR Representative / Business Partner is the first line of contact for management and employee queries, and assists the HR Manager in the design, development and implementation of various policies, programs, and procedures, and administer these as directed.
Responsibilities

Dedicate face time to support employees through interaction and feedback.

Conduct employee information meetings on employment policies, benefits and compensation. Participate in union related meetings where appropriate.

Act as first point of contact for employees regarding employee relations issues and concerns about motivation and job satisfaction.

Assist business and line managers with interpreting and administering HR policies and programs.

Raise exemptions as required per the relevant policy and process.

Support line management on HR tools and processes, including performance appraisals, career planning, succession planning, career orientation reviews, Schlumberger Eureka Technical Careers, General Field Engineer controls, identifying high-value employees and performance rewards.

Support employee engagement initiatives.

Coordinate internal and external training and recruitment activities.

Screen and review employment applications and interview applicants as required.

Assist in organizing internal teambuilding events and local community events.

Assist with coaching and developing new team members.

Maintain a good grasp of HR and business issues.

Participate in initiatives aimed continuously improving HR performance and employee motivation.

Ensure compliance with the Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines and relevant legislation.

Coordinate the recruiting, staffing, training, career development, talent management, succession planning, compensation and communication strategies for the Center.

Own and drive healthy development of employee potential and the Center talent pipeline through appraisals, career planning, career orientation, development and CLR reviews, employee development plans and succession plans, with particular emphasis on nationals.

Provide HR insights and innovative solutions to address business requirements. Act as custodian for corporate values and HR principles, and be responsible for implementing and managing Schlumberger HR policies and procedures within the Center.

Act in partnership with the Operations System team as the driver for change management and organizational efficiency.

Oversee internal communication at all levels to improve the awareness and motivation of employees and teams.

Ensure optimal collaboration between Center HR team members and the Product Line and Geomarket /corporate HR teams.

Manage center initiatives to improve social responsibility and gender balance.

Oversee recruiting of fresh outs and experienced professionals in accordance with Product Line and function plans.

Oversee training programs to develop functional, technical and leadership competencies.

Be responsible for HR compliance matters. Investigate and close HR function FMAs.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Management or similar
Experience : 3 to 5 years in Human Resources.
English 100% proficient
Union Experience its a plus
Willing to commute daily to Av. Desarrollo 501, Parque Industrial FINSA Guadalupe Aeropuerto, Cd. Guadalupe N.L. México
