  • Provide inputs / Philosophy pertaining to PM Schedule of Client Owned Tool, Long Term Storage requirement, Preservation requirement as required.
  • Responsible for updating SOP / SMP pertaining to Client Owned Tools and their maintenance.
  • Responsible for execution of Site Acceptance Test of Client Owned Tools / Spares procured by Client through OSS.
  • Responsible for execution of Mobilization Check and De-Mobilization checks for Client Owned Tools going and coming from Offshore.
  • Shall specify min / max level of spares required, identify critical spares, storage condition requirement for Spares / Client Owned Tool.
  • Conducting Regular Audit at Client’s and OSS Premise of stored Spares and Client Owned Tools.
  • Provide inputs for Interface requirement of Client Owned Tool with ROV.
  • Assist Client Personnel for Procurement of Client Owned Tools / ROV Tools / Spares.
  • Inspection of Client Procured Subsea Equipment / ROV Tools / Spares.
  • Provide inputs for preparation of the work plan for the Intervention Operations.
  • Provide Inputs during development of procedures for Subsea Intervention Operations pertaining to ROV Tools / Client Owned Tool Operations.
  • Interface with Client Personnel and Contractor’s Affiliates to support Subsea Intervention Work.
  • Responsible for Close-Out of Client’s Technical Query with response from concerned group within OSS related to Client Owned Tools / ROV Tooling.
  • Responsible for providing inputs / recommendation / Closing-out Tool Anomaly Report pertaining to Client Owned Tool / ROV Tools.
  • Reporting to Client on progress, risks and interfaces with area of Responsibility.
  • Participate and involve as required in HAZID, HAZOP studies and workshops as required by Client.
  • Review all ROV interfaces and systems available to carry out Subsea intervention works using ROV Tools and Client Owned Tools.
  • Responsible for ensuring all aspects for Client Owned Tool and ROV Tools like Tool Operation/ Configuration with ROV / RCU, Function Testing / Correct Pressures / Pre and Post Deployment checks, activities carried out post retrieval for are covered and addressed adequately while developing Subsea Intervention Procedure.
  • Responsible for carrying out Function Testing of Client Owned Tool / ROV Tools on Deck during Offshore Intervention including XMT Installation and Tie-in Job.
  • Responsible for ROV Tool / Client Owned Tool Operation during Subsea Intervention.
  • Adhere to  Client HAZOP procedure and participate in Risk Assessment conducted by Client
  • Review the detail procedures developed by Client for Subsea Intervention Operations.
  • Responsible for Safe Loading and Unloading of Client Owned tooling at Support Base.
  • Provide input to the Daily Progress Report and the quarterly / annual Plan.
  • Submit Report for all Intervention Carried out along with details such as ROV Tooling / Client Owned Tool Used / Any anomaly / Incident during Intervention / Lesson Learned / Recommendation for Continuous Improvement.
  • Prepare & Submit Monthly Handover Report (Limited to Summary of major Issues like TAR status, ROV Tooling change out from MSV etc.) to counterpart with copy to Client’s personnel to ensure efficient discharge of Area of Responsibilities without any communication gap.
