Tender Coordinator

The Tender Coordinator is a Commercial Center position responsible for ensuring high quality preparation of tenders, proposal and qualifications that communicate the value of our service offerings.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Ensures all tender submission requirements are captured
  • Completes the tender preparation checklist (Tender Planner) and distributes to the tender team
  • Ensures that submission content is coherent and accurate (in terms of grammar, structure of tender and references), and is fit for purpose
  • Prepares and ensures that all requirements are completed by the agreed deadlines and follows up with tender stakeholders as needed
  • At all times, fully complies and follows Commercial Center tender requirements and processes pertaining to pre-qualification, tender and clarification submissions
  • Maximize the use of, and contribution to, tender library content in the tender preparation process
  • Plans submission protocol in coordination with the tender team for e-commerce submissions(Ariba, etc.)
  • Create ComCAT price catalog with SCM guidance for each tender submission
  • Assists in all proposal close-out procedures including submission archiving
  • Ensures Cloud for Customer (C4C) sales stage is updated to reflect status of the bid
  • Active participation in continuous improvement of tender process to deliver optimum efficiency

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 4 years of professional experience in Contracts, Sales, Business Administration, Marketing or Legal Department
  • Oil & Gas industry experience is a plus
  • Excellent reading/writing/proofreading skills in English (Spanish and Portuguese a plus)
  • Process oriented mindset and strong organizational skills
  • Intermediate to expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in the US, without sponsorhsip
