Description & Scope

You will implement and demonstrate the latest neural network verification and validation approaches, including possibly those you are researching in your PhD. Your work will establish best-in-class practices for training neural networks for use in safety critical situations and define the levels of reliability required for AI to be used in control.

 

 

 

 

Deliverables

 

 

 

  • Development and demonstration of best-in-class training and verification techniques with application to real-world data
  • Freedom to develop your own research directions and to apply your ideas on Energy Transition technology development
  • Contribute to a team developing a broad and flexible hydrogen electrolyser test setup that will test the next generation of materials and processes for the green hydrogen future

 

 

 

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

 

 

 

  • Current PhD candidate in AI (ideally in verification and validation) or a related discipline
  • Oral and written communication skills in English
  • Good motivation, autonomy, teamwork, and ingenuity
  • Passionate interest in neural network training and verification.
  • Highly independent and motivated to learn and acquire new technical skills
