Job Responsibilities:
The Sustainability Communication Specialist at SLB supports the Sustainability Communications Manager in developing and implementing communications that promote SLB’s sustainability initiatives both internally and externally. The Specialist has specific responsibility for the maintenance of the intranet, channel reporting, email broadcasts, the Sustainability Champions network, supporting Corporate social media and leading specific projects. The role is pivotal in ensuring the company’s sustainability message is consistent, engaging, and aligned with our corporate objectives and sustainability framework.

Developing social media content, including visuals and posts for LinkedIn and Instagram, with a focus on sustainability and key company priorities.

Reviewing and proposing sustainability stories for development.

Drafting and proofreading content to ensure consistency with SLB's sustainability messaging.

Collaborating with internal teams and external partners on content creation for various media formats.

Managing the sustainability champion network and coordinating related activities.

Supporting key sustainability projects and leading communication plans for specific initiatives.

Handling distribution lists, shared mailbox, and email campaigns related to sustainability communications.

Maintaining the Sustainability SharePoint page and providing training to others on content management.

Updating sustainability guides and managing support requests related to sustainability initiatives Reporting and data analytics.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and others).

Comfortable working in a team environment as well as autonomously.

Currently undertaking a relevant Bachelors Degree (Communications, Marketing, HR, or related course, expecting at least a 2:1 grade).

Excellent writing skills.

Strong analytical and synthesis abilities.

A knack for social media.

Basic skills in graphic design.
