Field Engineer Trainee

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
  • Execute service delivery to the customer.
  • Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.
  • Assist the Design/Technical Engineer with implementing technical programs and bids.
  • Lead Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action plans.
  • Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives.
  • Observe company HSE policies.
  • Maintain the required safety training.
  • Provide support to the Job Delivery Lead and Service Delivery Managers

Requirements:

  • Must have minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.

Field Specialist Trainee

Responsibilities:

  • Acquire proficiency to the level required to perform duties with assigned business line’s range of services and products
  • Achieve functional and technical skills required for assignments
  • Assist in planning, preparation, and executing of jobs according to client specifications with a goal of 100% service delivery

 

Requirements:

  • Must have minimum 3-year diploma/bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Solid hands-on electronics or mechanical background
  • Able to follow directions and comply with company policies including Personnel, Quality System and Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) standards and procedures.
  • Service Quality and Performance focused.
  • Ability to learn quickly and translate learning into practical solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent computer skills.

Maintenance Mechanical and Electrical/Electronics Technician Trainee

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all assigned equipment is continually maintained at the highest standards, resulting in proper functionality.
  • Execute the company’s Maintenance Strategy
  • Comply with Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) standards
  • Support Continuous Improvement culture, initiatives and execute remedial work plans
  • Responsible for implementing reliability practices
  • Utilize maintenance business systems to reach full cost, time and equipment traceability for maintenance performance
  • Comply with Service Quality, HSE and IT standards and policies

 

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years Technical Diploma Certificate in Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics or equivalent diploma.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Solid hands-on electronics and mechanical background coupled with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and translate the learning into practical solutions.
