Program Summary

Launch your career in Finance with our EuroSTART Program (European SLB Talent Accelerated Rotational Track).

EuroSTART is designed for high-potential new graduates with a desire to work in Finance for a global leader in the energy industry. This intensive 2-year program offers an unparalleled opportunity to rotate through various departments within our Bucharest Financial Hub, taking real roles, with additional experiential learning opportunities and extra mentoring support.

After this Program, successful participants can then continue their career journey within the broader SLB Finance back in their home country or other locations as opportunities allow.

1. Target Audience: New graduates from a Finance, Accounting, Business or Economics degree course
2. Location: Open to candidates from all across Europe willing to relocate to Bucharest, Romania.
3. Bucharest Financial Hub: Be part of a dynamic and innovative financial center.
4. Program Duration: 2 years of intensive learning and growth.
5. Rotations: Gain diverse experience through four 6-month roles rotations across different departments.
6. Presentations and Evaluations: After each rotation, present your learnings and contributions, and receive valuable feedback and evaluations.

Candidate requirements

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business or economics
• Recent graduate or individual with limited work experience
• Willingness to relocate to Bucharest, Romania
• World citizen mentality
• Curious and positive-minded
• Strong experience in Microsoft Office suite of software desired, (SAP knowledge is a plus)
• Fluent in English
• Good communication & collaboration skills
• Demonstrate high reliability and self-motivation
• Demonstrated high potential and a strong desire to learn and grow
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in different departmental settings.
